2023

We improved the experience and relationship with our clients, reaching 28 million clients based on relevant UX investments and release of new products and features, providing smart, creative, and personalized solutions to them.

Throughout the year, credit offering was also improved and now can be concluded in a few steps through our app, WhatsApp, Mosaico or Mobiauto platforms, boosting B2C origination and strengthening the position we achieved in these segments over time.

Moreover, aligned together with our rebranding, we launched a new credit card portfolio named “Estelar”, a premium product that provides exclusive benefits. In addition, to keep fostering recurrence and recommendation levels, we also introduced demand deposits bearing interest from day one to our clients.

2022

In March 2022, we announced to the market the regulatory approvals regarding the incorporation of Mosaico.

Investment in continuous evolution of UX and contextualized Credit, facilitating usability, delivering more appropriate products and increasing engagement levels.

2021 2020

In February 2020, we announced the launch of the checking account app, through which customers gained access to a complete and integrated platform for banking products and services.

We offer several products, such as: Complete Checking Account, Personal Loan, Credit and Debit Card, Emergency Limit, Salary Portability, Poupa PAN (Savings PAN), among others. Additionally, we developed a complete insurance platform, with different modalities aimed at our clients, being launched throughout 2020 and 2021.

We became an even more complete platform, with the launch of acquisition products, focused on individual micro entrepreneurs, which have great synergy with our current customers.

In May 2021, Caixapar sold all of its shares to Banco Sistema, a subsidiary of BTG Pactual, which now holds 71.7% of Banco PAN's capital stock and becomes its sole controller. BTG Pactual bank shares our values, objectives and strategic vision.

In September 2021, we announced the acquisition of Mobiauto, the largest independent digital vehicle marketing platform in Brazil. This move reinforces our appetite to expand our digital strategy and participation in the financing of light vehicles and motorcycles, improving customer experience and increasing the engagement of partner retailers.

In October 2021, we announced to the market the agreement to incorporate Mosaico into the PAN. With this acquisition, PAN creates the largest and most complete banking and consumer platform in Brazil. This ecosystem enables a unique value proposition, involving the choice and acquisition of the best products, with cashback on the best price and the best credit and payment conditions.

In addition, at the end of 2021, given its digital expansion strategy, the Bank ended the activities of its physical Service Points.

2019

We took a very important step in our strategy by launching digital platforms for credit origination, loying our partners. This tool was crucial to reduce bureaucracy in the credit granting process and manifested itself an important innovation in the sector.

In addition, we disclosed the new brand's positioning, focused on maintaining a simple business mode,l providing the tools to address our clients’ daily challenges and needs.

We emerged as a new Bank, with the ambition of being the reference for more than 160 million Brazilians in the C, D and E classes (low-income segments). The purpose of this new project is to change the public's view of access to credit and banking services. We invest in innovation and simplification of our processes, without physical limitations, through digital platforms offering credit at competitive rates.

2018 2017

We started our digital transformation, aiming to increase efficiency in credit origination, improve the relationship with our clients and partners and reduce the number of frauds.

We provide an online portal for the renegotiation of overdue credits, making life easier for our clients and reducing collateral recovery costs. But the big news was yet to come!

2016 2011

In May 2011, BTG Pactual acquired 51% of our common shares, previously held by Grupo Sílvio Santos, representing 37.6% of the total share capital. In that same year, CAIXAPAR and BTG Pactual signed a shareholders' agreement and shared control of the company.

After a restructuring process, we accomplished a strategic redirection with the objective of concentrating our activities with natural persons, specifically from the C, D and E classes (low-income segments), offering: (i) payroll-deductible loans; (ii) vehicle and motorcycle financing; (iii) credit card; and (iv) insurance, thus discontinuing the corporate credit and real estate credit segments.
